Programs and services supported by APLF include STEM and STEAM programs such as Leap into Science, gardening, food and nutrition classes for all ages, and Beginning Birding Kits. You’ll find a complete list here.

A Gift of Love Memorials & Celebrations
Recognize someone you love or a person who made a difference in your life. Give a donation in memory of a loved one or in honor of someone you admire and they or their family will receive a personal note from us letting them know about your generous gift. You’ll find
2022 Memorials & Celebrations noted below, along with the listings of gifts from previous years.
The simplest way to make a planned gift is to name APLF in your will or trust. Here is an example of wording that might be used to designate a fixed sum or percentage of your assets to The Albuquerque Public Library Foundation.
“I give to The Albuquerque Public Library Foundation. Inc., a 501c3 nonprofit corporation, PO Box 25792, Albuquerque, NM 87125 (Federal Tax I.D. # 45-2688338), the amount of $ ______ or _____ % of the residue of my estate for purposes deemed appropriate by the APLF Board of Directors."
Gifts to the Albuquerque Public Library Foundation (APLF) do not fund basic library operations. Instead, we work closely with the Library Director to determine where private funding will expand and enhance the library’s work, helping the library offer services and programs and undertake building enhancements that might not be possible otherwise.
